    Baby Sign Language (6 mos-2 years)
    **Mommy and Me Class**
    Ever wonder what your pre-verbal baby is trying to tell you?
    Wish you could reduce your toddler's frustration? Babies
    can learn to use sign language long before they can speak.
    Bring your little one and learn together!
    Spring session dates 4/4-5/9/08
    Price $99 per 6 week session.  ($89 member price).

    Massage
    Baby Massage Class (newborn-2 yrs)
    **Mommy and Me Class **
    Learn history, theory & practice of infant/child massage.
    Learn relaxation techniques, acupressure, exercise & stretches
    plus ways to deal with colic, intestinal difficulties & other
    special needs. Improve the bonding experience between you and
    your baby. Bring baby blanket, boppy or pillow and wear comfortable clothing.
    Price includes instructional book and massage oil
    April 4/22 & 4/29

    Price $50  per 2 week session.  ($45 member price).

    Tiny Twisters (18 mos-3 years)
    **Mommy and Me Class**
    Your toddler's verbal & social development will
     blossom through signing, dance and instrument play.

    Play Classes
    Bouncing Babies (Newborn-6 mos)
    **Mommy and Me Class**
    Play and bond with your new baby while meeting other adults. Infants
    experience  sensory stimulation, gentle prop play and motor skill development
    activities.  Spring session dates 4/7-5/16/08
    Mondays 2:45-3:30pm  OR    Wednesdays 12:45-1:30pm
    Price: $99 per 6 week session ($89 member price)

    Crawling Cuties (6-12 mos)
    **Mommy and Me Class**
    Babies benefit from motor skill activities,  singing,
    bubbles, props and parachute play, etc.  A great way
    to meet other new parents

    Tuesday 11:30am-12:15pm OR   Fridays 3-3:45 pm
    Price: $99 per 6 week session ($89 member price)

    Walking Wonders (12-18 mos)
    **Mommy and Me Class**
    Toddlers will improve motor skills, balance and coordination
    while enjoying activities such as matt play, gym and
    tumbling equipment, bubbles and parachute play.

    Tuesday 3:30-4:15pm OR Wednesday 10-10:45 am (combo)

    Running Rompers (18-24 mos)
    **Mommy and Me Class**
    A music and movement class for older toddlers.  Toddlers
    improve fine and gross motor skills, sing, dance and learn
    lots of new skills.

    Wednesday 10-10:45am (combo) OR  Friday 12:45-1:30pm

    Playtime Pals: (2 years)
    **Mommy and Me Class**
    The perfect gym class for 2's and a great perfect stepping stone for pre-
    school.  They'll enjoy circle time, learn basic tumbling moves, dance, sing, play
    games, and improve social skills. Spring session 4/-5/16/08

    Yoga
    Mommy and Me Yoga (ages 2 and under)

    4 child minimum to run a class

    Sibling discount: 10% off each additional child
    Twin Discount: 20% off second twin
    Multiple class discount: 10% off second class taken during the same
    session
